Search Strategy

Too many job seekers rely on the comfortable job search strategy of a resume and on-line job boards.  Although this approach should be considered as a small part of your search strategy, it is unlikely to result in landing a job.   Pure and simple, the job search is a numbers game and most job candidates are solely using the on-line job boards.   The competition is fierce and the jobs posted on these boards result in the employers receiving hundreds, maybe thousands of resumes.  In addition, most job openings are not posted on line, especially in an economy where the number of job applicants far outweighs the number of available jobs.   We work with our clients to help them penetrate the ‘hidden job market’.
